Qld: Constituent ram raids MP, court told

BRISBANE, Jan 18 AAP - An angry constituent stalked his local MP and ended up driving
his ute into the politician's electoral office, a Brisbane trial was told today.
Kenneth Roy Austin has pleaded not guilty to one count of stalking and one count of
wilful damage, and guilty to another count of wilful damage, all between March 26, 1997
and April 1, 1998.
Prosecutor Greg Maguire told the District Court jury in his opening address that Austin
