Despite an all-out launch of its glamour-reality show Popstars -- a 14-episode series that documents the search and launch of a five-member girl band -- in February, Channel [V]'s latest format acquisition from Sportsworld has met with a less than stellar response. The music channel had hoped to gain a larger youth audience with the show.
